Ultimate PINK Blog Hop

Welcome to the first ever Ultimate Pink Blog Hop – a collection of ideas from Stampin’ UP! demonstrators all over the globe featuring shades of pink in honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

I am so glad that you are joining us. Breast Cancer has touched us all in one way or another. I lost my mom to this disease in 2005 and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t miss her. My card was inspired by thoughts of those brave women (and even men) who are currently in the fight!

Water-coloring is so relaxing for me. I love being able to shape and move the colors of a flower through the flow of the water. For my card I stamped the flower image with Black Stazon ink and then I used an Aqua Painter on our shimmer white paper to color the flower and leaves.
